Satsang is a dialogue between the guru and the disciple. Essentially, our religion is also about dialogue. Satsang means serving the Guru. It is a vow and a way to express faith in the Guru. This faith should be visible in action. As part of your faith, you should attend satsang. All devotees should come together and exchange thoughts.
The satsang meeting is a spiritual gathering, and you should have a specific feeling that your Guru is present in this spiritual meeting. Your core belief should be that we celebrate this satsang in his presence. Conducting programs and holding satsang meetings are not the main parts, but 'गुरुवाक्य मज कामधेनू, मनी नाही अनुमानु, सेवावृद्धी पावविनार आपणू श्री नृसिंह सरस्वती'. You should develop a firm belief that the Guru's words are your guiding principle and the fulfillment of your life. Since the satsang meeting has the foundation of God, there should be joy in every satsang. Satsang will have a positive impact on your mind, instill good values, and draw you towards spirituality.
Start the satsang with your Guru's meditation. Also, remember your principal deity, Shri Dattatreya. Review the plans made in the previous satsang meeting to see if they were completed and then decide what to do in the next month. Ask anyone present to share good thoughts, which helps to develop stage confidence among devotees. After this, recite Dnyaneshwar Maharaj's Pasayadan. Conclude with Aarti and prayer. Even though satsang happens only once a month, devotees should continuously follow up on it.
Always remember that satsang groups do not perform the work; the doer is different. The doer is always in unmanifested form (a-vyakta), but the work is manifest (vyakta). Satsang should inspire you to work, give you mental enthusiasm, and bring you joy.
